Accessibility Information for Meeting Participants
WMO is committed to ensuring that all participants have equal access to our meetings and events. To support this, we provide a range of accessibility services to accommodate participants with disabilities or specific needs. During registration, participants can indicate any accessibility requirements, and detailed information on available facilities and services will be provided in advance.

Available Services and facilities
Mobility Assistance
- The venue is fully equipped with wheelchair-accessible entrances, dedicated parking, and security staff ready to assist upon arrival.
- Lifts provide access to all meeting rooms.
- Flexible seating arrangements ensure ease of movement.
- For speakers, a podium ramp is available to facilitate access to the stage.

Feedback on Accessibility
At the end of each session, our post-session survey will include a section dedicated to gathering feedback on your accessibility experience. Your input is valuable in helping us improve our services.
