During registration, participants can indicate any accessibility requirements, and detailed information on available facilities and services will be provided in advance.

• The venue is fully equipped with wheelchair-accessible entrances, dedicated parking, and security staff ready to assist upon arrival. 
• Lifts provide access to all meeting rooms.
• Flexible seating arrangements ensure ease of movement. 
• For speakers, a podium ramp is available to facilitate access to the stage.​
