The Commission will discuss the ways in which it is dealing with gender issues, in particular mechanisms for gender equality that will enable more women to be involved in the work of the Commission, with a view to recommending ways to strengthen gender activities in the Infrastructure Commission in the future.

The Commission will be invited to adopt the following:

• Draft Decision 7/1 (INFCOM-1(III)) - Gender Balance and the Empowerment of Women in the work of the Infrastructure Commission
