4. Strategic and operational planning

As per Regulation 126, the Council will consider the full draft Strategic Plan 2024–2027 developed by the Policy Advisory Committee and taking into account results of regional consultations with Members, for subsequent submission to the nineteenth World Meteorological Congress (Cg-19) [Decision 10 (EC-75), PAC].
