6.4 Legal and administrative matters

Congress will consider the following recommendations of the Executive Council:

(1) Secretary-General’s contract developed within the legislative framework to implement JIU/REP/2020/1 Recommendation 7, including also related directives to the Executive Council (amendments to the Rules of Procedure for the Executive Council (WMO-No. 1256), establishment of the Disciplinary Committee and amendments to the terms of reference of the Audit and Oversight Committee).
