Description
In accordance with General Regulation 25, Nomination Committee, whcih members will be designated at the beginning of the session, will prepare and submit to Congress a list of nominees for each office or place for which an election is to be held.

Nomination Committee members:
Belgium, Chile, Ethiopia, Jamaica, Hong Kong (China), Mozambique, New Zealand, Oman, Romania, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay
